Taking responsibility for our entire production process is one of our key priorities. In 2019 we became a member of Amfori and we participate in Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). This is a global business association that supports fair working conditions.
Amfori conducts regular ethical audits as well as checking the working conditions in all areas where we manufacture.
The Ethical Audit Protocol covers many different aspects of working conditions and human rights including fair wages, working hours limitations, equality, protection from physical and sexual harassment, juvenile protection and the right of freedom of assembly to name a few. In case of any deviation, Amfori along with the manufacturers agree on the improvement plan. This way supply chains are not only prompt to comply with statutory requirements but are encouraged to take full responsibility for working conditions and actions.
