Right of return for 365 days
You have a right to return ordered items within 365 days. Up to 14 days from delivery we offer a free return for most of the orders, but exceptions may apply.
If a return is requested between 15 and 365 days after delivery, the customer bears the return costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used within 360 days. Please note that in this case, only brand-new, unused, and unassembled products in their original packaging can be returned. Bathtubs, whirlpools, and hot tubs cannot be returned after 14 days from the delivery.

First, simply log in to your account to initiate the return as shown above. Unused and undamaged items in their original packaging qualify for a free return within 14 days of delivery, and once we receive them, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
For business customers and customers who did not keep the original packaging, return costs must be covered and appropriate packaging provided.
If you encounter any difficulties during the standard return process or if your case is of a specific nature, our Customer Service team is at your disposal. Please have your order number and a brief description of the reason for return ready so we can efficiently process your request.
Please note that certain products, such as bathtubs, whirlpools, and hot tubs, cannot be returned free of charge.
