We understand that happiness is in the details, which is why we offer a tailored delivery service to fit your needs. With careful coordination and cooperation with external partners, we ensure your items arrive safely within 1–2 weeks, ready to add that touch of happiness to your space. (The purchase of the Room of Choice delivery may extend the delivery time.)
Check the packaging sizes in the Packing and Assembly section of the product page to ensure the delivery will fit through doors and hallways.
If a confirmed delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to circumstances on the customer’s part, the customer must cover the cost of the next delivery. In case of order cancellation, the customer will cover the cost of the first delivery.
If the confirmed delivery does not take place due to the absence of the customer or their authorised representative at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for covering the re-delivery costs, including all applicable fees, such as additional services if purchased. In the case of order cancellation, additional service fees are non-refundable.
If the delivery attempt fails due to unavailable parking, insufficient access roads, or failure to meet installation requirements, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a re-delivery. In case of order cancellation, the customer will be liable for the first delivery cost, and any additional services purchased will not be refunded.
Please note, while we strive to reach every home, our Room of Choice service is not available in certain postal code areas due to logistical limitations. Service available only in: 805 Bratislava, 815 Trenčín, 825 Nitra, 835 Žilina, 855 Banská Bystrica, 885 Poprad, 895 Košice.
